Ronald A. Robertson
Mr. Robertson has more than 30 years of experience in managing companies in the energy and environmental industries. Much of his entrepreneurial expertise was gained in the last fifteen years forming and operating energy related companies that were unregulated subsidiaries of Exelon Corporation. Those include companies involved in all phases of energy performance contracting and construction. More recently, Mr. Robertson has been a majority shareholder and chief executive of Energy Performance Services (d.b.a.Energy Assets) and Renaissance Recycling, Inc. Mr. Robertson has had oversight responsibility for the expansion and operation of branch offices in twelve countries overseas in Europe, Asia and South America. Mr. Robertson holds a bachelors degree in Management and Marketing from Philadelphia University.

Christopher M. Abbuehl
Mr. Abbuehl has over 20 years of experience in the business and legal fields, specializing in the start-up of new companies. In the energy and environmental industries he most recently served as General Counsel for Energy Performance Services, Inc., and previously held positions for Bechtel, EnergyWorks, the Center for Clean Air Policy, and the International Fund for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (IFREE). He also spent seven years in the federal government with the Department of Treasury and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). Mr. Abbuehl holds degrees in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a law degree from American University.

Paul J. Kelly, III, CPA
Mr. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the accounting, finance, MIS and contracting fields.  He has participated in a number of “turn-around” situations in a number of industries and brings extensive “hands-on” expertise to the Renaissance team in the areas of construction job cost control, financial reporting and analysis, financial modeling, transaction structuring, contract negotiation, systems integration and strategic planning.  A Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years, Mr. Kelly began his career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG), where he was a Senior Audit Manager specializing in audit and accounting services for privately-held businesses. In 1994, Mr. Kelly participated in the formation of Energy Performance Services, Inc., as its first Chief Financial Officer.  He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of a number of other companies in the investment management, real estate development and management industries, including Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc. (a securities broker/dealer), Adwin Realty, Inc. (a subsidiary of PECO Energy Co.), and The Nichols Company (now Brandywine REIT).
